Summary of pre-season vs actual vs first half vs second half:
Evil Geniuses, Team Liquid, and Dignitas has some lofty expectations coming into the season and they were not able to live up to it
Other the other hand, Counter Logic Gaming, Golden Guardians, and TSM had little to no expectations and were able to perform quite well
C9 has been the most consistent team going 7-2 in both halves
100 Thieves and Counter Logic Gaming had strong second halves which catapulted them up into 3rd and 4th respectively
While FlyQuest and Evil Geniuses have been in a rough patch to end the split and they've dropped down to 2nd and 5th
Golden Guardians lost 4 of their last 5 including a 0-3 Super Week to squeak into playoffs as the 6th seed
