So if you thought you knew anything about the NA LCS Summer Split, well then you should probably throw that out the window because Week 6 was one to remember. A 2-0 week can create the separation needed to secure a playoff spot or on the flip side, a 0-2 week can derail your playoff hopes and always leave you looking up at the competition. Usually, we've had 1 or 2 teams that secure that 2-0 week and gain ground of the standings, but this week saw crazy movement as 4 teams went 2-0 and another 4 teams went 0-2, only 2 teams went 1-1 which has been the norm this entire split. 100 Thieves and Team Liquid have pushed themselves above the rest tied for 1st place. Optic Gaming leaped over all the struggling teams to sit alone in 5th place. And Cloud9 gave themselves a fighting chance as they fought from last place to be in a 4-way tie for 6th place. Counter Logic Gaming and Team SoloMid are on bad streaks and if Spring Split repeats itself then they could miss out on playoffs, which would mean no chance at Worlds.
