Week 6 was definitely an off week in predictions as I overestimated many of the lower teams and underestimated many of the middle teams. I was overly confident in Counter Logic Gaming, who were predicted to be a top team, but now are on a 6 game losing streak. Both Cloud9 and Echo Fox lost to teams who are still fighting for their playoff lives. Coming into this split after franchising, there was very little expectations on the new organizations but Clutch Gaming and 100 Thieves are showing that they need to be taken seriously. There are 3 weeks left and if this split has shown us anything, it is that there are more surprises to come. Whenever you think you have figured out a team's strength, they always like to throw you a wrench.
