The Los Angeles Valiant had the tough task of facing both the Los Angeles Gladiators and New York Excelsior to see who could stay undefeated in Stage 4. They started off by cleanly beating the Gladiators 3-0; handing them their first lost. They then had New York awaiting for them on Saturday, who were also 5-0. This went to a heavily contested 5th map, where the Valiant came out victorious. If this is at all a precursor to the stage finals, we could see the Valiant vs New York face off again, where New York has shown that they will bounce back and take the stage title. The Gladiators bounced back to finish tied for 2nd with New York at 5-1. Then there is a log jam for 4th place with 3 teams at 4-2; San Francisco, Houston and Dallas. Houston and Dallas face off against each other on Wednesday, which could go a long way to determining the 4th team in the Stage 4 Playoffs.
Last Week: 8-4
Total: 147-69
