Writer's picture: W2TW2T

We are a day late in writing this article, so it will include games on Monday (MLK Day).

Longest Win Streaks: (5) LA Lakers, Memphis, Utah, (4) Brooklyn, LA Clippers

Longest Loss Streak: (6) Orlando, (3) Charlotte, Dallas, Sacramento

HUGE NEWS: James Harden traded to the Brooklyn Nets

- Brooklyn, Houston, Indiana, and Cleveland are all involved Observations after Week 4: - The top of the East looks very familiar with Boston, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia all together and Indiana and Brooklyn are 0.5 games back.

- James Harden has joined the Brooklyn Nets, while Kyrie Irving is still missing, but Harden & Durant have been carrying them to a 4-game winning streak. - Milwaukee in the East and LA Lakers in the West are starting to flex their muscles with an average points differential of 10.7 and 11.0 respectively. - The West is starting to space itself out with the top on winning streaks and the bottom on losing streaks. There is a 7 game difference separating them this early in the season.

- Detroit Piston, Washington Wizard, Houston Rockets, and Minnesota Timberwolves are spiraling at the bottom of the standings and I am not sure if they can dig themselves out.
